Delivery Times

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed on Monday.
Return Policy
Not completely satisfied with your purchase?
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Requirements:
- The product is undamaged and unused
- It is, if possible, in the original packaging
- Always include your order number with the return shipment
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Battery & Lifespan
The lifespan depends on the model, but we aim for the longest possible life in this thin format:
- Battery Type: Built-in, non-rechargeable coin cell battery.
- Lifespan: Approximately 1 year with normal use (depending on the frequency of tracking).
- Replacement: When the battery is depleted, you can easily replace the sticker with a new one. This ensures the best performance and adhesion guarantee.
App & Connectivity
The core of our system is the user-friendly app.
- Connectivity: Uses the energy-efficient Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) standard to save the battery life of both the sticker and your phone.
- Range: The direct tracking and notification range is typically up to 50 meters (indoors) and 100 meters (outdoors), depending on obstacles.
- Compatibility: The app is available for iOS and Android (specific minimum OS requirements to follow).
